Collecting Coupons

Newspapers Printable Coupons People often ask me where I find all of the coupons. Well, there are two main sources for coupons: newspaper inserts and printables. In order to maximize your savings, you will need to take advantage of both sources!

These are just a few examples of the hundreds of coupons you can print on Coupons.com, which is currently the leading resource for digital coupons!

The Sunday Papers:

You will find most of your coupons in the Sunday papers. There are three regular inserts you may receive: SmartSource (SS), Redplum (RP), and Proctor&Gamble(PG). Remember that the key to couponing is to buy multiple products at rock-bottom prices. In order to do this, you need to buy multiple copies of the Sunday newspaper. Most couponers buy 4-6 newspapers per week. You can also ask your friends and family to save their inserts for you.

The most popular newspaper subscription in the area usually carries the thickest coupon inserts. In Illinois, the Chicago Tribune runs at $1.99 per paper. Luckily, Menards sells the Sunday paper for only $1.00 each and do not limit quantities! They also start selling Sunday papers on Saturdays, giving you a chance to flip through the coupons and plan your trip early. Otherwise, you can get a Sunday-only delivery subscription for $2.00 per week per paper. Remember that newspapers don’t include inserts on some holidays though; you can check the scheduled dates here.

You can also print coupons from home! First, you will have to install the “Coupon Printer,” a free and safe program which will allow you to print the digital coupons. You can only print 2 copies of the same coupon per computer. If you want to print any more, you have to use a different computer. It is illegal to photocopy coupons! Trustworthy resources:
