About the Project

For TheEliteBrokerage.com, I led the design and prototyping of a fully responsive website with a strong focus on usability, visual hierarchy, and design consistency. I collaborated closely with a junior UI/UX designer throughout the Figma prototyping process, providing guidance while encouraging independent problem-solving and growth.

I managed project timelines by maintaining schedules, defining clear milestones, and ensuring deadlines were met without compromising design quality. Through regular design reviews and feedback sessions, I delivered actionable feedback to refine user flows, interactions, and interface clarity, keeping the work aligned with both user needs and business goals.

The Figma project included wireframes, interactive prototypes, reusable components, and a comprehensive style guide, supporting scalability and efficient collaboration. The website was designed to be fully responsive across desktop and mobile, with extensive usability testing conducted to validate functionality and consistency across devices.

In addition to UI/UX design leadership, I applied my graphic design skills to create supporting marketing assets, including banners, iconography, Google ad creatives, and YouTube thumbnails, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across digital touchpoints.

This project showcases my ability to combine UX strategy, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver polished, user-centered digital experiences.
